Injection Locator Warranty Information

WARRANTY

If the "Injection Locator" fails to perform satisfactorily due to a manufacturing, workmanship, or materials defect, Three R's Product Development Corporation will, at its option, replace "the Product", within a duration of 15 years (180 months) from the date of the original purchase.

What is covered?

This Warranty covers defects in manufacturing, workmanship, or materials, in the "Injection Locator" to the original purchaser as recorded in our files.
The sole obligation of Three R's Product Development Corporation under this Warranty is the replacement of the "Product" by either, the Three R's Product Development Corporation or its authorized Dealer/Distributor of the "Injection Locator" all at the sole option of the Three R's Product Development Corporation.

The service registration?

The Licensee must be registered in the "Product Identification and Warranty Records" of the "Three R's Product Development Corporation, within 30 days with proof of the original purchase date of the License to use the "Injection Locator".

How can you get service?

For requests of warranty service, contact any of the authorized Dealers/Distributors of the "Injection Locator" or call for more information: 1 UPPERHAND 2 (toll free in Canada)
To obtain warranty service, the product must be delivered by mail (prepaid) directly to the "Three R's Product Development Corporation. (Shipping and handling fees may apply)

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water, tampering, unauthorized alteration, neglect and normal wear and tear.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES THAT ARE EXTENDING BEYOND THIS WARRANTY. NO DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR OR OTHER PERSON MAY EXTEND OR MODIFY THIS WARRANTY ON BEHALF OF THREE R's PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. EXCEPT AS MAY BE PROVIDED OTHERWISE BY LAW. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR USE AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. THREE R's PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, RESULTING OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS, WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE.
